“who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14 NIV
You have come to your royal position for such a time as this!
Your church is here to help you see your gifts, calling, passions, hurts and experiences come together to accomplish a royal purpose!
God’s purposes bring clarity to your walk and VISION for your path.
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
Prov. 29:18 KJV
And when you submit to a team, the head coach, The Holy Spirit will help you discover your position on The team, your place in The game and how to win.
God created you to BE in community with His people.

WE are all about these processes, (Worship, Tables, Kids & Youth)
so that we can SEE every person discipled (sitting, growing, serving, functioning, fulfilling, giving) and BE(come) committed believers.
WE: WE are all about these processes….
Processes: living, always under construction and always dynamically improving. Programs are a finished product that function regardless of life or energy.
Worship
Worship is not just what we do on a Sunday morning, but Sunday worship is so important because we are a presence driven church. Without His presence, WE can go nowhere!
Tables
This is God’s ordained catalyst and Spirit-direction for how we will build accountable relationships, develop rooted maturity, cultivate fellowship, integrate seekers, discover gifts and have fun.
There’s a problem highlighted by the pandemic called isolation. Symptoms include anxiety, depression, loneliness, a lack of meaningful friendships, substance abuse and suicidal thoughts. The last thing people want and avoid (unknowingly sometimes) is being connected.
Kids & Youth
If they are not priority, we are one generation away from distinction. We double down on our kids. We want to see our kids find Jesus early, know that they’re loved and have a place at church. They belong, are welcomed, are celebrated (not tolerated), are prioritized, are a part of the family, and have a part to play in the body.
SEE: so that we can SEE every person discipled,
1. Every person sitting at a Table (connection)
Rarely do we see believers anchored to a body, rooted in relationship, and committed to a community. We’d rather be shallow in relationships and surface in our connections so we can avoid real commitment and accountability. That’s why we label this God directed. Because when God steers the ship, naturally we gravitate towards accountability and commitment.
2. Every person growing in their walk with Jesus (cultivation)
This is the biblical word, discipleship. In today’s church, this is a curse word. Cultivating your walk with Christ requires discipline.
…continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, Phil. 2:12 NIV
We walk by grace, but faith without works is dead.
In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.
James 2:17-18 NIV (Also see The Message Version)
Every person growing usually flows out of every person sitting (at Tables).
We experience growth, encouragement, fellowship and fun that leads us to an inward pursuit.
3. Every person serving in their sweet spot (cooperation)
When every person is serving in their sweet spot, (where passions purpose, gifting and experience collides) bodies work right. When they aren’t, bodies are dysfunctional. If some neglect growing in Christ and do not show up, the body is out of whack.
4. Every person functioning & thriving in their spiritual gifts (Collaboration)
These are exercised on Sunday mornings, in Tables and in the marketplace. They are intended to be refined through faithful practice and are to be prioritized and not despised.
5. Every person fulfilling God’s purpose on their life (calling)
Calling is not vocation. Your calling stays the same while your assignment might change. You fulfill your calling based on your sweet spot through vocations, assignments and ministries.
6. Every person giving to and living out the mission (contribution)
We understand that our worship includes service in the body and outside of the body, as well as the giving of our treasures back to God. Our tithing and offerings indicate where our heart is and where our worship lies.
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Paul says, we are a living sacrifice and this is our reasonable act of worship.
